Christopher Garvey

Mr.
Garvey joined the firm of Nolte, Nolte and Hunter, P.C. in 1986
[established 1918] as a Patent Attorney.
He wrote and successfully
prosecuted patent applications on mechanical devices, electronics, computer
programs, optics, medical devices and procedures, construction methods, games,
toys, fasteners, lasers, and other devices and methods.
After Mr.
Hunter’s death in 1998, he brought the Nolte, Nolte and Hunter practice
to Collard and Roe, P.C.
He has conducted lectures and Continuing Legal Education Programs at various law
schools, schools, associations, and Bar Associations.
He was
nominated by the Conservative Party for New York Supreme Court Justice – Bronx
County – several times between Sept. 2000 to 2004 [declined 2004]. He is authorized to practice in NY Courts; Federal Courts: Eastern District NY and Southern District NY; Federal Courts of Appeals: 2nd Circuit and Federal Circuit ; US Patent & Trademark Office
He was on the ballot as
Libertarian Candidate for Governor of New York in 1998, and for Presidential
Election – 1996, 2004. Education:
