Joseph J. Orlando is
Of Counsel at Collard & Roe, where he specializes in patent and trademark
preparation and prosecution. Joe has over thirty-five years experience in the
preparation and prosecution of trademark applications and patent applications in
the mechanical and electro-mechanical arts. Bar Memberships New York U.S. Court of Appeals - Federal Circuit U.S. District Courts - Eastern and Southern Districts of New York Registered to Practice before the United States Patent and Trademark Office Prior Experience Joe was a partner in the firm of Bucknam & Archer in Garden City where he represented a number of multi-national clients. Bucknam & Archer was acquired by Collard & Roe, P.C. in 2002. Other Experience Joe counseled a major consumer goods corporation regarding its package labeling requirements, product claims, and general anti-trust matters.
